CVHS South Sycamore is proud to offer affordable and accessible medication assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals with substance use disorders.

At CVHS South Sycamore, we provide treatment for individuals using any substance including opioids (heroin, fentanyl and prescription narcotics), stimulants (cocaine and methamphetamine), alcohol, and more.

This CVHS location offers multiple medication options, group behavioral health, and peer support services.

For those working towards recovery, we also offer primary healthcare services, hepatitis C treatment, routine preventative care, medical management of psychiatric conditions, and individual psychotherapy onsite. We’re also able to help with care coordination services and case management. In addition to our onsite services, patients can easily be connected to affordable pharmacy and dental care nearby, as well as our HIV treatment clinic.
