Health promotion, learning what lifestyle changes you can make to become healthier; chronic disease management, including affordable medications; testing for diseases so that early detection can perhaps save your life; patient education so that you can better understand your health condition – all these services are part of our commitment to you.
We take most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. We offer a sliding fee (discount) for those who need it. Lack of insurance or money should not prevent you from getting the health care you need.
