Central Virginia Health Services is pleased to announce
its recent grant award from the Mary Washington Hospital Healthcare Foundation.
This award, $68,408, will be used to support its patient education and case
management services at the Community Health Center of the Rappahannock Region.
By providing these services to its patients, the Community Health Center
ensures that patients have evidenced-based health information and resources
necessary to improve and maintain their health.
